Phone and email bookings: A deposit of one night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Online bookings: Full payment is required at the time of reservation when booking online.

Suma Park accepts cash and Visa/Mastercard payments (no Amex). Payment methods other than those specified above must be approved in advance.

Suma Park reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment obligations are not met.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of $100 may be required at check-in to cover potential incidentals. This deposit will be refunded at check-out, following a room inspection confirming no damage or outstanding charges.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to the property.
Standard Periods
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit one night’s stay; any balance already paid beyond that will be refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
Peak Periods
Peak periods are public holiday long weekends, Christmas/New Year and Easter. During peak periods, cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit one night’s stay; any balance already paid beyond that will be refunded in full. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
No-shows
A no-show is treated as a less-than-7-days cancellation. The full booking amount will be charged to the card on file.
Date Changes
Requests to change booking dates are treated as a cancellation and re-booking at the prevailing rate, subject to availability. All amendment requests must be made in writing.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters or government restrictions, Suma Park will work with guests to offer alternative dates where possible. Refunds in these circumstances are at management’s discretion and subject to costs incurred.
