Gardens
Our lush manicured grounds and beautiful gardens are the perfect setting for your wedding ceremony or an outdoor cocktail event. Enjoy a countryside backdrop with views across to the Bellarine Peninsula. Our gardens can be used stand alone or in combination with the homestead or historic stables.
Stables
The Stables is an original 1880's building, beautifully restored to provide a unique and memorable space for wedding receptions and celebrations for up to 130 guests. The interior features a stunning pitched roof and versatile 'horse' stalls that are utilised for bar service, photo booths, tea & coffee stations, lolly bars and more! We provide the furnishings, linen, fairy lighting and a dance floor for the young at heart. A spacious hedged lawn area adjoins the stables for cocktail mingling, that works wonderfully with wine barrels and a hay bale or two!
Homestead
Suma Park Homestead is a versatile venue with unique spaces that can be used individually or collectively for up to 140 guests. This stunning heritage building features a stunning light filled conservatory with garden views, lounge with open fireplace and two dedicated bar serveries. The homestead also offers two beautiful dining rooms with bay windows opening out to the spacious verandah area with underfloor heating.

Suma Park is the ideal stay and play venue, offering extensive on~site accommodation for you and your guests. We can accommodate up to 46 persons in our spacious country cottages, each with magnificent coastal or rural views. Enjoy all facilities and fantastic recreational facilities at your doorstep.
We also offer 'The Mistress Cottage' ~ charming traditional style two bedroom accommodation. This cottage is adjacent to The Homestead, making it ideal for bridal party preparation and wedding couples. When booking exclusive use of all cottages for your wedding and a reception for over 75 persons, the wedding couple have full use of the Mistress Cottage at no charge.

STATION
Heritage Steam Train
​
A unique and historic feature of Suma Park is our connection to the Bellarine Railway. The railway currently operates a Heritage Train Service between Queenscliff and Drysdale, along the southern shoreline of Swan Bay, with a station at Suma Park. Carriage hire is available as part of the service.
We can arrange for your guests to travel to and from Queenscliff on one of the Bellarine Railways Steam Trains or the Diesel Locomotive. Evoke the slower pace of days gone by while enjoying scenic Swan Bay and a stroll around historic Queenscliff old world charms and eateries.
A heritage train ride makes an incredible wedding day experience and superb backdrop for wedding & event photography.
